Description:I clean it once a year and have not had a disease outbreak yet. It takes a total of 7 months for a turkey to reach full maturity after hatching. If you are handy, you can design and build your own. Ours often hang out in our back yard and look in the patio door. There is any number of ways to do this. The males will obviously grow faster and be bigger but you are not trying to grow the biggest bird you can. You will also need ventilation.
