Description:Specially built for Weatherby's Mark V 9-lug. Fits German, Japanese and American made rifles with a standard 2 contour barrel. Fit's 1 contours as well, the difference is mainly in the chamber area small gap where it tapers and is barely noticible, I just dropped my favorite old German Lightweight. Aditionally, we had these machined with the pressure pad in the forend that Ed Weatherby requires on their factory stocks for best accuracy, in fact their accuracy guarantee 1. It's widely held that laminated stocks create the best combination of wood-like beauty, balance, durability and accuracy of all gunstocks available.
