Miscarriage and orgasm

I have had several miscarriages in the last year. I am pregnant agin, early on only 4 weeks. A fried of mine said tonight that I should not have sex or an orgasm.

I'm just about 6 weeks pregnant and my doctor told me to avoid sex for the time being even though I'm not in any of the at-risk groups or conditions. Or did he mean avoid having an orgasm? I'm worried about reading about uterine contractions and how it can cause miscarriage.
