Description:I got into it about 5 years ago when illness kept me home for a number of weeks. But it does wonders for my motivation to experience appreciation in such a tangible way. Patterns are more like cooking recipes than music or images. People use them, tweak them, improve them, but the focus is on the garment, not the pattern. I had an old sewing machine that I had used for small projects like tablecloths and curtains and I decided I would try to make trousers.
